Triad Technology Partners asked us to develop a new website – the third version we have developed for them over the years, during which they have grown and acquired new solutions.

This time around, they wanted to condense the the previous site’s complex content, introduce new solutions, and streamline the look and feel. No animated videos. No logo carousels. No complex icons. Simplicity was called for.

• We started with a refresh of their SEO. The competitive analysis was critical, given that Triad now has new competitors. The analysis reviews how their competition rates in regards to Google search. The results help to drive and optimize Triad’s new written content.
• The navigation was streamlined, driving users to the pages Triad most wants them to visit.
• Images make a huge difference in the feeling users experience while browsing a site. Aside from tech-related images, we also placed a people image in their universal footer, so that every page has a human touch. Faces convey a personal, friendly feel, even though viewers may only realize that subconsciously.
• Easy to use forms, accessible call-to-actions, and an easy-to-read font add to the accessibility of the site.
